As an Ocean Bridge ambassador alumni, she is known to do a TON for our environment and help others reach a more sustainable lifestyle. Her latest project aims to create a hub to discover zero waste and sustainable businesses from various cities around BC.

Meet Mind Your Plastic #LocalHero Jocelyn Marsh, Ocean Bridge alumni and founder of the Love Our Oceans Project! The project aims to reduce plastic usage within the veterinary industry while also promoting conversation towards ocean stewardship.
Devout Buddhists and tourists from all over the world visit Bodhgaya, India, to study Buddhism and the art of meditation, or to simply absorb the aura of solemn grandeur that surrounds the place. It is there that the Holy Bodhi tree lives. During a visit in July 2007 the Bodhi tree was observed to be under stress but a number of interventions were made to restore the tree and ensure its continued management.
Meet Minaëlle Green, Mind Your Plastic #LocalHero and co-founder of the University of Ottawa’s Climate Crisis Coalition! The new coalition aims to create awareness of the climate crisis, educate students about plastic pollution, biodiversity decline, and the impact of agriculture as well as fossil fuels on the environment.
Parks Canada and the Yukon government’s Department of Education worked together to reduce barriers for youth to spend time on the land. They put together a gear library that provides camping equipment for Yukon schools, Parks Canada programs, and non-profits that work with youth in the Yukon!

Amy was the Executive Director of Squamish Arts and one of the leaders of the new environmental art campaign: Diving In: The Art of Cleaning Lakes and Oceans. The campaign aims to raise awareness of the waste in our lakes and oceans by transforming collected trash into beautiful art.
