My name is Dana Fedorchuk. I’m a teacher at Renert School in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Every morning my class of 8-year-olds departs from the classroom to embrace our outdoor space.
We crunch through the snow, splash through the puddles, dive into the leaves, and marvel at the unfurling of spring buds.
The fowl and fauna watch us from various vantage points and we occasionally catch a glimpse of their fur and feathers. Our goal is delight, which we express in our opening and closing intention circles as fresh air fills our lungs and we feel the weather on our cheeks.
