Global youth share their visions of 30×30

In the lead up to the IUCN World Conservation Congress, held from Oct. 9-15 in the United Arab Emirates, students ages 5–19 worldwide were invited to share their vision for a sustainable future. More than 360 students from North America, Asia, Europe, Africa, and Central America submitted their artwork—each piece reflecting a unique connection to the natural world.

Co-sponsored by Bow Seat, the Khaled bin Sultan Living Oceans Foundation and Exploring by the Seat of Your Pants, the #NatureForAll 30 x 30 Youth Art Contest was a way for students to draw attention to the need to protect 30% of land and water by 2030.

The following 12 submissions, six from students ages 5-11 and 6 from students ages 12-19 were showcased at the Congress. You can see all the submissions here.
